TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An order confirmation email is sent to confirm receipt of your order. Payment is taken from your card at the time that we receive your order.
Availability
If we are out of stock of any particular image you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a full refund.
Credit/Debit card payment
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query. Credit card payments are processed by PayPoint from whom you will receive a separate notification of payment via email. We accept payment by major credit cards as shown.
Multiple Orders
For orders over 25 prints please contact us direct by email.

Returns
All our prints are shipped in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any goods received have been damaged in transit please notify us by email as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction without delay.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are serially numbered and authenticated by signature. Redeem by emailing your choice of print to info@grandisongolfgallery.com. Please ensure you include your name, address and telephone number and quote the special Gift Certificate code.
*Please note that Shipping charges will be waived with our compliments for all recipients of a Grandison Golf Gallery Gift Certificate.

Delivery
- We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Slight delays may be experienced during certain times of the year, e.g. holidays.
- Please note Giclee Prints are printed to order. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If ordering two or more Giclee Prints, please contact Grandison Golf Gallery directly by email for shipping costs.
